Graduation Transitions - School District 38 (Richmond)
Graduation Transitions is a BC Ministry requirement needed for graduation. This mandatory 4-credit requirement is completed throughout grades 10-12. The program’s content areas include:

PERSONAL HEALTH |
| 1. 150 MINUTES per week of moderate to vigorous physical activity 2. Long-term Personal Healthy Living Plan that describes: a) Sound Nutritional Habits b) Regular Exercise Routines c) Emotional Health Management d) Positive Health Choices |
