• dismantle, move, install, change, lay-out, set-up, repair, overhaul & maintain machinery & heavy mechanical equipment including, but not limited to, power transmission conveyors & hoists
• includes a math & communications component

Credentials

• receive 20 credits (4 courses) at the Grade 12 level
• Kwantlen Millwright Citation

Minimum Program Entry Requirements

• strong academic skills
• grade 11 completion recommended
• physics 11 suggested
• good eye/hand coordination
• physically able
• ability to learn by “reading & doing”
